This is my second time using Moore’s rental units. And I’ve never had an issue or been upset at the service I received. Courtney the front representative, was both professional and friendly. Despite there being only a couple units available they still gave me a great deal! I highly recommend!

Poor business. I ordered this storage and made a mistake on the movement date. The app doesn’t allow customers to change online(although I’ve already paid full month and extra fees. So I called the receptionist told me they would have to charge extra and she would have to speak with the manager. I insisted that it was only a mistake and I’ve already paid in full( usually this wouldn’t be a problem with businesses ) I’ve paid a full months work only for 7 days my past experiences it would pay for 30 days . Moreover they ghosted me for over 2 hours i finally got a call back to redo paperwork stating that I could move in sooner. I came later only to find out my access was suspended. Dishonest will be requesting refund
