She was incredibly accommodating, making sure to be there in person to offer her condolences and assist in any way she could. Her kindness and compassion were so genuine, it truly felt like she was part of our family. She made a very difficult time easier by walking us through the process of handling the account and cleaning out the unit, explaining everything clearly and patiently. If you're looking for a storage facility where they care just as much about you as they do about your belongings, this is the place you want to be.

The ladies were so friendly and helpful. They made the process of renting a storage unit easy and enjoyable. The price was less than other places close by. But the condition of the storage unit was the icing on the cake. It was clean, and there was a small paperbag sitting inside that had my lock and paperwork explaining how to use it. It was just a nice touch that I wasn't expecting. Thanks ladies!
