Representative Vicky was great!!!

I came to this facility after being told by the representative (Stephanie) from calling center that my storage 10ГѓвЂ”15 was available. To my surprise not only was the storage space size was incorrect but there was also none available. Could you imagine how disappointed I was!Knowing that I was being lied too! The representative Vicky was very very helpful with my situation and was able to not find the size I was promised but adequate size. Thank God for herГ°Еёв„ўВЏ

Good experience

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect the initial cost to be so much, you have to buy a $17 lock from them, get insurance, and pay a admin fee, so while the rent for the unit was only around 53 dollars, I paid around $108 all together. But the facilities are very nice and so clean. The workers are very nice and helpful. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth the money and I would recommend.

I went to the storage unit today to get a new unit and Peaches was great ! She was very sweet and informative. I actually had a storage unit with someone else here for a while, but she moved away so I was looking to put one in my name. She was able to show me a sample unit before moving and she also showed me the entrances, explained everything clearly and happily answered any questions I had ! It was a super easy process and a great experience. Exceptional customer service !!

The online process took 10 mins to reserve online and pay . When I went to the front desk Peaches was wonderful 5 stars !! she help me with my access code and walked me to my unit. The whole process took 15 mins And I was able to access my storage.. Ask for Peace’s 🙂

We had no problems with unit, access. Accept the month moving out, didn't really have the money, didn't really work with us. We'd had storage at least three years without missing a payments, even when prices kept going up. Sad, we did come up with the money for that last month, and I am relieved we don't have to give them anymore money 10x20 $15 short of being $500 a month.
