Patrice has assisted me on multiple occasions, and has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, and secured with a locked gate and PIN access. I love that they offer 24/7 access, and I can get to my unit whenever necessary. HIGHLY recommend this location for affordability, customers service, easy access, and security. [ They also offer automobile/truck storage/parking. ]

I used Prime Storage to house my belongings for about a year and had a great experience. The location was close enough to get to if needed, facility clean, and easy to access. The staff was helpful when needed and the move in and out process was smooth. The security of the property was great as they sent me a message about an incorrect lock that was on the unit and they wanted to make sure that I had the correct one so that my items would be secured. I would recommend Prime Storage on Centerville Hwy, Snellville, GA for a reliable storage.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company every time you call to speak with someone they no longer exist when you call back to speak with them, or even after you’ve met them. Within nine months they raised the price almost 200%. They did not honor the referral agreement. I’m from New York, someone would’ve had to refer me but no one wanted to help to get them that fee.
