From the moment I arrived she was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. She made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free by clearly explaining everything and answering all of my questions with patience and kindness.

Pretty crazy this place is reviewed so well. The facility is pretty good. The inside is clean and the doors work, but the rear gate is mostly open in my experience. Main issue is the pricing. Starting rate was $70/mo and there was no indication this was special introductory pricing or anything. After 3 months, they sent a letter that the rate was doubling. Seems pretty bait and switch to me and even though I’m sure they are tightly adhering to GA law, I will be reporting this to consumer protection and local lawmakers.
