I haven't used them as a storage facility, but had to interact with them in another way and was highly impressed with the customer service that I received from them! On just that alone, I would recommend them! If I ever have any need for storage, I'm going straight to them. Customer service was awesome!

I’ve had a unit here for a while now and have come across hard times more than once and gotten behind on my payments. Kevin Mullins helped me out and worked with me much more than I could’ve hoped for each time and was very understanding and sympathetic with me. The contents of my unit are important to me and he knew this and did all he could to work with me to insure they stayed important to me. Great guy in my book
