I had a good experience at Midgard Storage on Russell Parkway. The office is easily accessible and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and informative. The Bert part about my experience was the virtual assistant set up they had. It seems to be something that a lot of businesses in the area would be interested in considering for an alternative to managing several employees. Having a virtual assistant is very beneficial in low-medium traffic businesses and efficient in minimizing the variable risks that each employee could bring to a team.

My experience trying to resolve an issue with Midgard storage has been absolutely horrible. They were dismissive and unsupportive to my concerns. However, after being assisted by two kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled customer care professional agents(Amber and Cassy). My problem was immediately tooken care of. I would like to extend my humble gratitude and thanks for you deligent work. Keep up the phenomenal job you're doing!

I had such a great experience here! I was in a tough spot trying to find a 24-hour storage unit last minute, and Jewels was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, and informative. She walked me through the whole process and had me completely set up in less than 15 minutes. What I appreciated most was how comfortable and at ease she made me feel during a stressful time. I was even able to move in that same night around 10 PM without any issues. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service!

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the exceptional customer service that I received from Casey. I had a situation that was my fault I admit !! However there was a change and I had a bit of an attitude when I called , Casey let me speak ,apologize and offered to research the issue ..it is hard to find honest to good customer service anymore and his tone of voice and empathy was spot on . He was able to help me and Thanked me for being a customer which means a lot when you choose to spend your hard earn money there out of all other choices . Thank you Casey for being such a great person and I thank you for your kindness it turned my whole week around !❤️ Also need to add the grounds ,and the way the area is took care of is also good . Love that it is secure and yet can have 24 hour access if needed . Been a customer for a few years and will continue using them as long as they are around .
