Bran was very helpful and quick! I didn’t know we arrived there around her closing time, we needed a storage unit due to a quick move out and she didn’t rush us out at all! She answered every question we had professionally and walked us to different units so we had an actual vision of the sizes we were looking for. Great customer service, clean building inside and out, and clean a bathroom for us to use!

It was such an ease acquiring a storage unit online paying and accessing the unit itself. Everything is done through phone and if you can’t have access to your phone, they give you a code to let you get into any area that you need to get into very fast very easy very reliable 10 to 10 would work with Public Storage again.

Bad experience. Recently had identity fraud over the holidays so I changed my payment method on the app to my checking account which had money in it. I told the lady that I could prove it had money in my account the whole time. No sir you just need to pay or we're going to put a lock on your storage if you don't pay it in 4 days. If i can prove that I had money in my account the whole time shouldn't I be able to get the late fee waived? Don't think I'll be storing my items here for very much longer if I'm going to have to worry about these kinds of issues.

Always excellent service, especially from Bran! I don’t even live near this storage, but will drive because it’s nice, clean, affordable and again, Bran is AWESOME!
