Today my husband and I had the stress of searching for storage units online, after going through circles of hidden fees and 3rd party incorrect info, we decided to just try to one to be actually able to speak to a human being. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Deanne in the office who went above and beyond to help us find what was right for us! She was such a kind hearted women who is exceptionally informed and has a level of customer service that is very hard to come by nowadays! We definitely feel safe and at ease working with this company. The price is better than most and the units (which Deanne allowed us to view 3-4 units) were clean and durable! We are two very happy customers.

I was having such a stressful day and needed help fixing an issue with my unit security( nothing with them personal stuff) and Deanne was instantly so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but make me feel so welcomed and and reassure me that everything will be taken care of in a timely manner. I am fairly new to Public Storage and the property is well maintained and it is easy to access my unit. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
