Clean facility but the climate controlled units are unacceptable. Tried to move my wine and other items into a unit only to find a ambient temperature over 80° which would ruin my items. Had to hastily find another location for the goods while storing my furniture at this Public Storage unit due to time constraints. The only reason I rented the unit was on the premises of temperature control!! I’ll be moving out as soon as possible.

I rented a unit for $99 that was a 10x10 the beginning of 2024. Over the last 22 months, this company raised the rent another $130/month. When I called to inquire after the second increase, I received ZERO call back. I then received the final increase the beginning of this month. $230 for a 10x10 storage is absolutely ridiculous. I fired them and took my stuff to a locally owned storage facility. This isn't acceptable business practice. I will NEVER recommend Public Storage to anyone.

This place is concerning me a bit… it’s only my second month with them and both times I’ve had issues with my payment going through. Still, this month they have not been able to take payment and I have no idea why. After reading other reviews, I see that they’re quick to sell people’s units which is obviously horrible… But they also really don’t do much to work with you or help you fix the fact that their system isn’t pulling money. They have sent me multiple links to pay and give me phone numbers to call, and through all of them, I get the response that it cannot take the payment. I’ve tried to have it pulled directly from my bank account instead of an card, and heard from the guy who works at this location that method “usually doesn’t work” why is it offered then?! He also mentioned to me that I can use the kiosk or go into the office, but he’s only there sometimes throughout the day… Again, just a bunch of reasons why I can’t pay and also isn’t this supposed to be convenient and payable over the phone? I understand this is a corporate company and they always have these absurd ways of going about things, but I definitely don’t feel safe with my stuff in this unit and I’m looking to move somewhere else based on my experience after two months.

It a bit dark after 5 pm in winter months. I kept my headlights on. Easy enough. Gate pass code on the app works well.
