NEVER.... use this company!!!! My unit rent was $115 one year ago. They've gradually raised it to now $255 a month for the same unit. The app also SUCKS!! Every time I open it, it causes the Bluetooth from my car to forget my phone and still won't open the gate. "Customer Service told me to update the app as if I wouldn't try that first. It worked for months, but somehow, it's now MY PHONE?? I will NEVER use this company again. I can't wait to move out this month.... going to a better facility that actually cares about their customers.
Randy WorkmanThis place is horrible. Within a year my 10’x10’ storage unit went from $86 a month to $108 and then just last week to $140 a month. No explanation of why either? I asked customer service why the increase, he literally said “ I don’t know why”! Public Storage is just a greedy company. They get you in add a reasonable price, and then they quickly increase your monthly rent within a couple months and then again a couple months later within a year. Stay away from this place unless you like being ripped off.

Also, when compared to other locations and competitors, the prices seemed very reasonable. The contract was clear and there weren’t any hidden fees.

A live person popped in remotely while I was using Kiosk and she sped up the process and provided me with helpful information. I got the keys and the lock with in minutes. Rachel called me a day later to follow up and make sure everything went well. She also shared some helpful information. The unit was clean and secure.
