Great company for short term storage. When I first signed up, I was offered a promotional discount for covered parking. The gentleman i worked with was very friendly, ensuring I had the correct information, details and knowledge to get into the facility as well as located where my parking spot was. The move-out was slightly challenging- silly me, I should have used the technology in hand better to ensure I had move-out scheduled correctly. I called the national number, didnt get anywhere, tried to move out via email, and called the local office to pursue move-out. Low and behold, I received word back from the local office, and was provided top notch service. I was supported in my move-out request, and was kindly and patiently walked through the correct move-out procedures. This helped ease the concern and make my experience easier. Not only that, was updated on the new offerings for late night access ,as well other features and functions around the facility. It made it much more comforting knowing someone local was there to help, and not just an automated national phone service as most facilities are going towards. Clean and easy access. Well managed and easy auto pay and payment systems. Thank you for the secure and safe storage.

Your company is a joke ! We told your management team that we will be clearing out our storage unit! By the 21st. I had to fly in, we live 20 hours away- flights were delayed Called your office and was told I can be on the property until 9 PM. Since they leave at like 5 o’clock. .If not, I can return by 6 AM. And someone will be there by 9:30 am if I need assistance. I specifically ask your staff member if my lock is on the unit and he said yes and I asked him I want to make sure your lock is not on there ! Did not get in Boise until 8pm not enough time with getting the U-Haul truck so I decided to go in first thing in the morning. I show up on the 22nd after 6am and my lock was gone and your lock was on my unit!! Had to wait all the way until 930am No one showed up ! Had to talk to a live person on the little computer monitor box thing . And basically was told sorry there’s nothing we can today maybe tomorrow the proper manager can be there ( seriously tomorrow after I just told her on the live computer thing I just flew in from out of town. I don’t have tomorrow ) she was like OK just call a locksmith SORRY - very rude and cold ! Locksmith was $117.42 another hour later Plus buying an extra key $21.19 off your machine in hopes that would open my unit. Nope ! What a joke !!! And wasted half a day !

The experience setting up my initial was great and every detail and feature of the facility was gone through by the manager Tracy. She made the process simple! The facility is very clean and I good leaving my things there in the unit

Joe was absolutely amazing! We had what we thought was a tricky situation and he took care of it with no problems whatsoever. He accomplished everything we needed him to do and we can’t say enough about his great customer service! Thank you, Joe!

They’re good company if you want short term storage but the price you agree to pay when you first enroll changes without notice which I think is shady. Overall, the facility is secure and clean, but I would not use them for long-term rental if you like your money.
