Cleaner than expected, nice facilities, totally automated sign up process, super impressive. The only reason I needed to speak to someone was to see if they could accommodate a specific need I had. The folks at Trust Storage were extremely helpful when I needed a last minute storage option for a trailer I purchased in Boise. Sherri was so helpful in assisting me a few hours before I needed to move in so that I could get back to work out of state. I found their rates to be very reasonable for the safe, clean, large storage unit I received. Upon move out, they were quick to inspect the unit and provide me my refund of my security deposit, plus the prorated amount for the rest of the month! I would certainly go back to this team anytime when needing to find a storage option.
