Beautiful New Facility in Nampa. Loved the unit, especially the motion light in the unit. The office staff are very kind and efficient. I would give them 10 stars but unfortunately..... Now the bad... They give you one month free and get you in the door with a teaser rate. My signed contract rate was $135 that would eventually go up to their current rate which was at that time 4 months ago $189. Moved into the unit Nov 2025 with free month. Dec, Jan, Feb $135. Got notice Feb 1st my rent was going from $135 to $219 not even the $189 I signed on my contract... I specifically asked several times to several employees if the rent would go up slowly and how often since they were offering the lower rates to get you on the door. I was told it wouldn't happen right away and would go up gradually. So in 4 months it's going from $135-$219 ($84) A friend ask about their pricing and was told they have been raising it twice a month. I quicky reached out to Stor-it where I was for 3 yrs before this, I will be moving back there on March 1st. So be careful!! I feel for all the people that got the switch and bait!

Great storage company. We transferred from Orange, who had taken over our previous local storage company that we had been with for 10 years, and promptly raised the rates. We were able to transfer to Extra Space and get an indoor unit as well as a covered RV spot for less than we were paying at the other place. Very satisfied.

Extra space is the place! All of the units are clean, well lit and safe. Their price point is totally reasonable for the amenities. The RV/boat storage is great and so easy to access. The staff is exceptional and pay special attention to the details and your needs assuring you get exactly what you want. My personal experience has been fantastic! A special thanks to Steve and especially Erica for going above and beyond to help me and my family in my time of need.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Boom💥🧨💥

Very friendly, helpful people. Fairly new place and. I thank Steve for helping me and another staff too for there help and that tour I got for the right storage unit. They also have stuff there you can use to move multiple things at once. Very nice place.

I set up online and everything was ready for me when I got there. The storage unit was clean and so was the facility. After my 1st month I realized I needed more space. I called and Steve was so helpful, he was able to get me into a bigger unit and one right next to my old one. He made sure switching my stuff over would be easy, and it was! This storage unit was also very clean and very accessible. The price is right too. Thank you Steve! Erica got my payment taken care of in less than a minute! Immediately I got a text stating that my payment has been received. The place is clean, and the staff are kind. My experience here so far is 5 stars.
