Be aware that no matter what dates are discussed the rental date starts as soon as you give them your information. i was very specific that I wanted a 1 month rental and was assured that the rental started when we entered the unit. Needed it Dec 12 to Jan 10. I called and discussed several times, then was told to hold the unit they needed the credit card. Now the rental start date is Dec 4, and I'm charged 2 months rent to store a student's vehicle while he flew home for the holidays. Will not be using this company again, will find somewhere else for summer storage.

Don’t trust the reviews and do your research ! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! They just raised the rental fee by 50% without a previous notice!! Those move in specials are a trap!! I have been there for only 6 months and they already raised my rental fee from $97 to $145 without a notice! Update!! I callled and your district manager never returned my call!! Horrible job on snow removal!! Impossible to get to your personal property!

Friendly Staff, even though on the day of our visit there were technical difficulties galore. SmartStop was entirely offline resorting to the tried and true pen and paper method. There were a few impatient parties ahead of us but Brittany & Dominick handled it like bosses. Kudos to keeping calm and pressing on and getting the job done! Our locker was clean and the prices were exactly as quoted with the exception of a minor admin fee which we knew to expect from prior experience.
