This is my first time renting a storage unit here and in general. I'm glad that I went with this option as Antonio was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through and made me feel secure about leaving my items there. He also guided me to find my storage unit faster and quicker for easy access and loading and unloading for future refence. There was also a small issue when I checked out my storage unit for the first time and he was quick with removing any items left behind! I appreciate it! Great customer service :)

This storage facility is in a convenient location and is very clean and quiet. Antonio walked us through the steps we needed to take to access the storage units for a relative who passed away. He was informative, helpful, thorough, and courteous. We had our answer from the legal department within a few days, and Antonio again provided prompt assistance with cutting off the lock and giving us access to the storage unit. Even more impressive, he remembered our names and the name of our family member who had passed away. Each time we were at the facility, Antonio was always helpful and pleasant.
