This facility is great. The gentleman named Johnny is AWESOME! I had an issue with a rental for my senior citizen mom, so I called to see what we could do about the issue. He went that extra mile, called me back the next day with a solution that helped my mom. Thank you so very much. The units are very clean as well. Thank you Johnny, Happy New Year.

The facility and its personnel were fine. My issue of concern was the pricing tactic. Sure, the introductory rate is nice (all the storage companies offer them), but if you want to avoid the endless price hikes that come after your initial stay, sign up for as long as they allow, and be prepared to pre-pay for that length. Every time the length-of-stay ends, be prepared for a price to "market rates". Honestly, I don't know what the "market rate" would be, since I was told the rate hike would be the current "market rate". When they proposed to raise my rate from $188 to $250 per month for a 10' x 10', I figured it's time to go.
