My code didn’t work the only 2 times I went to enter property . Waited 15 minutes each time at the Gate, while I called the phone number, to finally get a code to get inside. The operator was courteous and attentive and provided me a code to finally get inside. Hope they correct the error so it doesn’t happen again to me.

I wish there was an option to rate them with zero stars. I am the caregiver of an individual with terminal brain cancer. I personally emptied out all of his storage units, yet they still call him and most recently me, to threaten his credit because the items in one of the storage units is filled with things that do not belong to him. The constant phone calls to an individual who is literally dying is harassment, yet that doesn’t seem to stop them. Of all the storage units available in the area find a different one. They are the most ignorant, harassing, illogical company I’ve ever had to deal with.

I have had a terrible experience thus far with Devon Storage. I rented a unit this past Friday and was given a gate code that was not active. I called and had to wait another day to receive another gate code that I was assured would work. I returned to the facility only to discover that code doesn’t work either. I have yet to receive another gate active gate code. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

The Devon storage was very clean. It was easy to input the entrance code and the gate moved smoothly. I used this facility when it was red dot and I had no issues then and haven't had any now that it's Devon. I would recommend it if asked.

Red Dot contacted me the next day with all the information I'd need to complete the transaction. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my question and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Red-Dot has high class employees, second to none when it comes to running their business. They should be proud.
