I was able to reserve a storage unit online and received a confirmation/reservation number. I spoke with Tracy, a CS representative and she made sure I reserved the correct size for storing various boxes and furniture. She was very helpful. Though I did not use the unit, I will not hesitate to contact them in the future should I need the service.

Teresa was awesome. Too bad extra space corporate office has a bait and hook policy with rate hikes. Once you’re in the door with the promo fee, they wait a month or two and then start raising prices. Too bad. People that work there are awesome. But not the big shots in corporate office.
