When the circumstances arise and one is in need of remote storage, this would be my pick to go to! There’s always someone readily available to answer questions or concerns. The place is very clean and secure and one doesn’t have to worry at all when there’s other things to worry about that their possessions are safe and very secure.! The representatives are professional and always have the answers quickly to any questions! Stay at this level of of operation!

I’ve had a horrible experience! I had the storage unit for about a month and then cancelled. I never got confirmation of cancellation and yet took my money. Went to retrieve my items and they were not there. I have yet to hear from management and at this point filing a police report. They mention secure and cameras but didn’t provide any footage or yet reach out to me. There is no management over this facility. This is false info responded. No owner had reached out to me. If so I would have my items retrieved! I have yet to actually speak to the “owner” that took 2weeks to respond with incorrect info on the correct unit mentioned. If owner or corporate really cared I would’ve received a phone call or had items retrieved.

Had at couple of hiccups right at first, but when we called the service was able to solve our issues right then. The lot is clean and well lit. Access is 24 hours so would be nice if there were lights in the units. But overall we are satisfied so far.

I've been with this company for quite a while and I've never had any issues. All of my belongings needed to go somewhere when switching living arrangements. With Owl Storage, I know my stuff is safe and secured. Between cameras, entry codes and a heads up phone call if your padlock looks less than secure after a visit I have zero worries.

We have had a “temporary “ unit at Owl Storage for more years than I want to admit. We have had no issues, the management are friendly and helpful Edit: I have been trying to get into my unit, my husband has died and there is now combination locks on all the units which is not ours. I am not getting any help as I call the phone number and get a call center that is of no help. They cannot give me a phone number or email for the site manager. So frustrating!!
