I can’t say enough amazing things about this facility. Our on-site contact Mila is outstanding in both customer service and overall support for us. No matter if it’s questions about billing or invoicing to adding additional units for use, her and her team have delivered nothing but exceptional service. The units and facility themselves are well kept and always very clean. In the winter access ways in an out unit if they are on the outside are always plowed insulted making for a very safe loading and unloading experience at any time of year. Highly recommend in every aspect if you’re looking for a short or long-term storage options, they never disappoint and we will be customers for a long time to come.
