Mariah at the New Lenox location is exceptional and the only reason we remained customers. The >50% price hikes every 3-4 months don't feel legal, honestly. I received a text indicating yet another hike with only 5 days notice before payment was due. Mariah was compassionate and investigated my account and educated me on my options. She, alone gets 5 stars.

5/5 for the service I received-specifically from Mariah. My lock broke and I called the office, which directed me to a different store due to lunch currently being taken. The Mokena storefront called her and she can back quickly from lunch & took care of my issue with ease. That’s greatly appreciated! The price 1/5- started at 43$/month- was on for 16 months with an ending price of 164$/month for the same small unit. On the bright side the app is easy to use also. Just know they will charge you more every 2-3 month and call it due too “market conditions”
