I had lots of question and hesitation about renting a storage space. I called and spoke with Lloyd, after speaking with him I’m sure of my decision to rent a unit at extra storage.
Kyle DI would not recommend this storage facility. The day I got my unit I found it full of old doors and frames. I called support to get help moving them or ask for a different unit. I didn’t get an immediate response so I spent time removing them myself. I didn’t hear back from the staff for at least 3-4 days. At no point did they apologize for the inconvenience. They were only concerned with where the items I removed were located. Fast forward 3 months later when I was ready to remove my items. We were horrified to find rat droppings all over our belongings. To make matters worse they started making nests in between some of the furniture pieces. I called the staff again to mention this. It’s been nearly a week and I still haven’t heard back. Overall extremely disappointing and don’t recommend them.
Endir 1001Setup and billing was easy. Location is a bit older. RODENT issues. Stored furniture and kids toys while renovating. Multiple boxes had been attacked by mice. At least one box had mouse babies in it upon bringing it home.
