I have had a unit with CubeSmart for six years now and I recently had an interaction with Lakesha Brown, she works at the West Chicago location, she was so kind knowledgeable, she helped me in more ways than one. She gave great customer service, actually outstanding customer service, and when you interact with someone with her customer service skills, it makes you want to continue to do business with cube smart, because she was compassionate and very genuine. She deserves recognition, plus! It was a long phone call and before our phone conversation ended, I was extremely satisfied, thanks to Lakesha Brown.

Process is simple, fast, and service is great. I just really hate how some of these outdoor doors get stuck. I almost need a crowbar to open it in order to even reach my unit. I always have to come with some sort of strap to pull the doorknob because I'm not strong enough to pull it open myself—warm OR cold. It's the only gripe I have.

The process was simple and quick. Regina was very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions right away. I was able to access my storage unit right away. I like that you can drive up to the unit and unload your items directly. This is my first time using a storage option and it was a seamless, affordable and easy process.
