I had rented a smaller storage unit 5x8 or so, and had a swing door. The access to the unit was easy and hours are good for my schedule. The two items that I thought needed improvement for me were the door does not have a sweep or seal so leaves and rain would get in from the bottom. Also, there's a large pothole at the entrance that has been there for a while.

Adriana is an asset to this location. I'm a tenant that needed a problem resolved and Adriana went above and beyond. It's rare you come across someone that is polite and does a great job. For this reason I'll continue to be Tenant. I'm confident I can reach out to her to get something resolved. Thanks again Adriana.

It was very easy to set up a parking spot for my enclosed trailer over the phone. When I arrived, the spot wasn’t suitable and I was immediately helped and rearranged with no problem. They explain everything and ensure you’re getting what you need.

Worst customer service ever. If you have a problem, be prepared to talk to four different agents over the course of 80 minutes — none of whom seem to know how to do their job or actually help you. I couldn’t access my parking spot because the person next to me parked poorly, and apparently, I have to schedule an appointment and miss work just to discuss it. Completely unacceptable.
