The manager was rude and condescending. Made no effort to kindly say that they do not allow Pods to be delivered in order to transfer goods into a permanent storage.
Tyler TurnipseedThese guys will rip you off, their "auto-pay" is a scam. It works maybe once or twice and randomly fails so they can charge you late fees. None of my other services have a problem with it. I'll be looking for a new storage unit with a different company ASAP.
Jillian CoglianeseI had a unit here for multiple years and upgraded the size of my unit once during that time. Customer service was helpful when it was time to cancel my unit. The entrance is frustrating because the gate is slow. I was followed in a few times by people who did not punch in their own code. There were 2 instances I left without stopping at my unit because the car that followed me through the gate proceeded to follow me around the property and I did not feel safe staying. I was able to call Storage Express and they pulled everything up on cameras, but it's frustrating that this happened multiple times. The property is on a hill, so I never had issues with flooding or water damage. When I first got my unit, they were much cheaper than surrounding companies, but the prices raised multiple times, so I don't think that is still the case.
