I personally had a great experience with Extra Space. The workers were incredibly kind and helpful and I received a personal call at the end of my first month about my experience. Additionally, the units are cheap but a good size. I would highly recommend them if you need a place to store your items!

Easy set up over the phone. I'm just storing excess household stuff after a move to a smaller place so I got a 5×5 unit and they let me waive the insurance. Easy to sign digital documents for the contract. I was immediately in the system because when the email with the code didn't come through (spam filter maybe?) I got it through the automated phone system. I was able to speak to the local manager quickly to get a map. I love that they provide a lock because I panicked when i got there and realized I didn't think of getting one. The unit holds all my stuff with space leftover so I think that's 👍🏿 great. However, the price almost doubled a couple months into the contract. I kept the unit for one year and I was able to easily end the contract by phone.
