Being an International Student, I needed a home away from home to store all my belongings. In comes Extra Space Storage who came to the rescue with an absolutely amazing service in my opinion. The facility is quite secure and the check-in & check-out process was equally wonderful to experience. Being technologically forwards, it was a breeze to schedule my storage unit request on their website the first time. Scheduling another unit, in-person, the second time around was as good or even better than using the website. Their amazing app, and even better customer service representatives kept me assured while so far away from Bloomington. I would recommend them to anyone looking to safely and securely store their belongings. Thanks for making this cumbersome process of moving my things around, such a breeze. I will definitely come back to you with any storage needs in the future.

Continue to have an excellent experience with the team here at Extra Space. Units are kept clean, well lit hallways, and extremely secure. I have a climate controlled unit and they are always warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Access is easy with both the keypad and the app. Billing is consistent and website is easy to access. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Would not want to do business anywhere else.

Sincerely great people to work with. Accommodating, thoughtful and polite. Not too many folks look to lower your rental rate and save you money but that's what I experienced today. I received several phone calls the days before making sure I felt comfortable with the unit. The directions were easy to follow, and the unit was secure and well maintained. There was a worker there walking around if we needed help. The only issues we had was it stated we would get the entry code the day before, and we received it the night before. I was starting to get worried that I would not get it before we needed it. Also, the lock was a little tricky, but my husband asked a person there. So far it has been a good experience.
