Today, I was in My 10 by tin's door unit that I have had since December, and a nice gentleman by the name of Darren who works for the storage company, stopped and greeted me and asked me if there is anything that he could do to make my experience better. And it's not very often that you get stopped by. Somebody who has a smile on their face and their number one goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied, especially with the increasing rates. Everywhere in life he provided a great assistance and I thoroughly Have enjoyed my experience as well as appreciate great employees like that

They said it was a 5x10 unit. This is not the measurements of the unit. It's maybe 4 foot wide max and at most 9 foot long. Does not seem like a lot of difference but it is. The company website was misleading and being unable to reach anyone to correct the issue. Prepaid for 4 months for a unit that was not what it said it was. Highly highly highly disappointed in this company and the inability to reach a live person for customer care is totally unacceptable. Only pros is that it's gated. Although the gate was completely open so not sure about the actual security of the unit overall. Why give a gate code of you plan to leave the gate open. 😳 This could of been avoided by giving accurate information on measurements and actually securing the lot as you say.
