Very good experience. Stored our 40 foot trailer there for 3 years. Easy to setup/move in, monthly rate never increased, clean, safe, and they redid the gravel a few times as needed. 0 complaints! Only leaving due to moving out of state, even canceling was hassle free all online.

A bit overpriced but so are most things in this area. Spaces are a bit narrow for large rigs. The people are nice but they are hard to respond on weekends.

Hawkeye storage units are very clean and very spacious. The staff are easy to work with. If you need a quick unit for that last minute storage, when you show up at the gate, you can enter the QR code and obtain your unit. It’s just that easy. With all their facilities, you can find one near your home and make your weekend cleanup a lot easier.

This storage place is an hour or so away from me. When I spoke with Duane on the phone, he explained what was available at the various sites and we found what I needed. He explained the full process of move in and check out. Once I arrived on site, it was just as he indicated. Very nice storage units and awesome customer service. Thank you.
