If I could give this place and this owner a negative score, I would. Our storage unit was robbed, along with a bunch of others. Our clock had been cut off and they stole our stuff. The owner was aware of the break ins and did not contact us to notify us of the break in. She determined herself that it looked like we weren't robbed and decided to place one of her locks on our unit and DID NOT NOTIFY US! We were to go get stuff and discovered that our lock was missing and a new one was placed on it. We tried calling.... no answer! Can't leave a voice mail because the mailbox is full. So the owner doesn't answer the phone, makes it to where you can't leave a message. When you text her she will barely reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS!!!

Very poor customer service! After 3 calls and 2 voice mails over a 4 day period, no return call. No response what so ever. How is this place even in business with business practices like this? Your customers are your livelihood, yet you treat them as if they don't matter. I'm now glad you haven't called me back. If this how you do business, I'm certain you're definitely doing wrong to those who are already renting units from you.

Be trying to call for a week to get a bigger storage unit and no one ever answers the phone and the mailbox has been full for at least a week. Very annoying.......

They don’t answer phone and don’t call back. Voice mailbox is full. No response to text. Same experience months apart.
