I paid 4 days before my due date before I knew id be out before the bill was actually due. Ive made several attempts to speak to a manager bc I gave proof that I was out before the due date, was initially told I should get a refund but all attempts have failed to reach them to resolve this after that was said. Ive been promised twice that a manager would contact me with nothing, so they get a 1 star review.

I was able to get a unit in the size i need for a price i could afford. Michelle was very nice and fixed any issues i had within a few minutes. I'm hading over after work to start moving in. I thought I already wrote a review, but just incase I didn't. 😁 _ - I will add photos once I get there. 😊

This place is amazing. They have perfect security with a passcoded gate and they have plenty of options in sizes to choose from & they are very affordable. They are easy to get in touch with if you have any questions or concerns. Very happy and satisfied with choosing Lighthouse Storage
