I do not recommend. They continuously bump up your monthly rent. I am at the point now where I can barely afford to pay it monthly. Started out with them at a little over $100 a month and they just now bumped it up from $200 to $241 a month now. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially for a customer who has been with them over a few years now.

Beware of unfair billing and lack of communication! My original rate was supposed to be $80 a month, but it suddenly increased to $137 without any notice or explanation. I scheduled a move-out date for November 1st and was completely out of the unit before 9 a.m., yet they charged me for the entire month of November because they claim rentals are on a “month-to-month” basis. To make matters worse, the bill wasn’t even due until November 5th, but before that date arrived, they submitted a late payment notice—which hurt my credit report. I’ve never experienced such poor communication or lack of fairness from a storage company. If you’re considering renting here, read the fine print carefully. The lack of transparency and premature credit reporting practices are completely unacceptable.

Oh my goodness! Troy and Ashley at the Public Storage on Mesker Park Drive in Evansville were amazing!! We rented a small storage space for just a month and Troy made the process so easy for us. And then we moved from one parking space to a larger one and Troy and Ashley took all the time we needed to discuss our options, what payments would be, etc (and there were A LOT of variables in this move based on the time of the month we moved!) They both were so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—definite assets to Public Storage. In my book, customer service is just as important as the product and Troy and Ashley provided SUPERIOR customer service. They are keepers! 😊

Troy was very nice and helpful. The storage place and unit was very clean. I would definitely recommend this storage place.
