We are switching after about 15 years at another facility and not only is it more affordable but it's better built as well as cleaner more secure and maintained much better. I wish we would have switched years ago could have saved a lot of money over the years. The representative took her time explaining everything answering questions and being patient the whole time she didn't make me feel rushed and she made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend this place to any and all! 5 stars for service another 5 for clean, secure, safe!!

I needed short term storage until I could get a new building built. Hometown was quick and easy to get setup. Good acces hours, everything was well maintained with great pest control. The unit was clean, the doors were easy to use and lock. I'd recommend them!

Staff were very helpful establishing the account and making it convenient to activate immediate access. I especially appreciate the ability to pay online. It was a bonus to get in on a reduced monthly fee with an introductory offer. The grounds are clean Suggestion: format the spaces for a bit more width and create an electric gate access at the North Webster, IN location versus all manual (pad lock and opening gate by hand).

We needed storage for items while we were waiting for our home construction to be completed. It is a clean, well maintained property and they are super friendly and easy to work with. If we have storage needs in the future, we will use them again without hesitation!
