Impressed with the changes you have made with regards to who you are employing. I have been coming in to pay my mom's storage bill for quite some time now. You've changed who owned the company, who runs the company, new property managers every few months, who is in charge of the facility and so on. However, with you finally opening the building on Fail Road, I don't have to go out of my way all the way in to town. Color me pleasantly surprised to find a smiling, cheerful and extremely helpful young lady named Amber who got the payment issue squared away. It's such a difference from the usual drawn, cranky and unfriendly faces I'm used to dealing with there.

I am being required to come back to the facility to change my unit again due to the fact that I was switched from a 10 × 10 outside unit on Friday after requesting a 5×5 inside unit. Unfortunately, I was given a 5×10 unit by mistake and I have to go back again today to move my belongings out of the 5×10 and onto 5×5. So that's 2 times i am having to relocate my belongings to accommodate cubesmarts incorrect assignment of the unit sizes. I'm using the same lock from the original unit so I'm hoping that I will not find that I being charged for the lock that I have already purchased. I was also told that again, I am not eligible for the 1st month free deal because I am already a customer. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. I was offered to receive a $25.00 discount due to the errors made with my unit size and inconvenience I have to deal with to move my belongings for a second time. I'm not mad, but I am very unhappy about how much I am being charged considering all the inconveniences involved due to the errors that have been made to get into the proper size unit.

Reserved a unit and upon arrival we spent almost 2 hours trying to get into the building because the access code would not work on any of the 3 entry points to the units. Each time code was entered, we were given prompts that the code was “denied - area closed” even though this was during access hours. Reached out to customer service and explained the situation; agent proceeded to source a temporary access code to get me in and was told that this facility “does not have one on file”. They then attempted to contact the emergency crew to help with the situation, and they did not respond either time. The agent then informed me to call back in 15 minutes so we could attempt to contact them as well. So, we waited 15 minutes and called back and I explained the situation to another customer service rep. New agent then attempted to reach out to the emergency crew once again, and again, they did not respond. Agent then proceeded to contact the general manager and then the regional manager, who also did not respond. Eventually the agent was able to contact another partner to remotely open “the entrance door”… there were 6 different doors. I had to walk around the building to each door and the operator would unlock it for a short period. Eventually we figured out which door was the “entrance door” and I finally got access to the facility after about 2 hours. Overall, not a pleasant first impression of this facility.

Overall I have no idea how they can say that they are doing a good job. Very unhappy about a lot of things this facility is not following through with. They don't live up to the add in many areas.

The onboarding process to rent a unit was so easy and everyone was friendly and helpful!! Great place to rent!!
