Rented because there is a huge 24hrs sign on their building. And a neon sign that says open 24 hours in the window. Cannot use gate after 10pm, false advertising, who actually goes to a storage barn to rent one after 10pm just to wait until 6am before you can use the Unit??? Was not pleased we were trying to move a house after work, customer service at the 24hr kiosk was no help. Unit was clean by the way. 10x20 $189.00 a month.

I was trying to find ways to save money in any way possible. The rent on my unit had gone up. I called Nick at Extra space. He was able to put in for a discount to help lower my monthly rate. I really appreciate the staff and company trying to help their customers out. So many times it feels like we are left to fend for ourselves by companies when prices get high. I will continue to be a customer with extra space! I wish all companies were as friendly and helpful as Nick and his team!

We had the unit for a couple of days and my husband and son went out there. When he opened it up there were rats.....so we bought some bars for them and called the company. They sent a guy out with traps and closed up a couple of gaps for us. He was super friendly and did a good job trying to remedy it. We have not seen anything since.
