honestly the worst storage place i’ve been too. they don’t have working carts, you have to carry stuff down 2 flights of stairs, there doors shut on you and lock you out every 2 seconds and you can’t block the door or they will evict you, they never answer the phone even though there not busy. I would not recommend this place. they don’t have door stops and there bathrooms are locked at all times they don’t give you a key for it. i’m pregnant and can’t even use the bathroom or a dolly to help move.

I recommend CubeSmart to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. I have rented here twice and have always had a good experience. I loved that the unit is climate controlled and is cheaper than other climate controlled units I have looked at. The property manager Ashley is absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is a joke. They lie to you and they deceive you and book your storage facilities anywhere but here. I booked a Storage facility for my daughters college in early April and I got an email that said I did not have to do anything except show up on the day and pay, then low and behold they canceled my reservation, charged me almost 3 times as much as what was it was booked for and moved us to facility 15 minutes away from the one I had booked it at! This place is a freaking joke. Don’t ever book there. They’re top-notch claim that they’re top-notch in Customer service is a freaking lie. After this summer, I will never use this place again literally horrible
