Rate hikes of $30.00 after 4 months on a 5 ×10 storage is way to steep. Took $20.00 dollars off for this month but still way overpriced! Other than that overall decent rating!

I do, however, wish the price was a little cheaper. However, based on location, services, and security; I don't believe I would be able to get the same service for cheaper.
