They will increase your rates without notice. Rate hikes on the first-mailed notices arrive on the 6th AFTER THEY GOT ANOTHER FULL MONTH OUT OF YOU. Not a single apology for their lack of notice. BBB is involved and will be speaking with a lawyer about class action suit. We must get 30 full days of notice. They hiked it on the 1st without notice. Customer service is not helpful and does not care if you have been a long time customer. New owners (CubeSmart) have proven only that they are going to continue to jab their current loyal customers to squeeze every last penny from them. Bad business practices.
