Renting was easy as 1,2,3. However, since there was no renting confirmation emailed to me, I had to call customer service . The representative Eldridge was on the other line and he got me up to speed on the details I was missing and managed to email the confirmation. Overall smooth experience. Their rates are definitely lower than another competitor in the area. Edit: on 02-16-26 i had to call again because i guess i misplaced my password and needed to pay. This time i spoke with Ruth who had so much patient and professionalism with my trouble. Thank you Ruth!
