The manager lady... I want to say her name is Lori. Super nice lady. Super friendly. Super helpful! She also made sure to show me the weird tricks to my unit. Also said she does daily walk through to make sure all units are actually shut.... Yall should double her pay

From the moment we walked in inquiring about storage Laurie greeted us with a smile and was very informative. Showed us a unit and was very quick to get us in what we needed and out the door! Very warm and friendly. The storage building was very well kept and didn't see any riff raff. Impressive! Thanks again Laurie!

I’ve been a customer since March 2025 and have had nothing but a good experience when it comes to accessing my storage unit & interacting with the office staff when needed. I recently needed to make some changes to my account as things got messed up & I wasn’t able to log into my account or update my auto payment. Didn’t have luck with customer service on the phone, so I ended up going into the office. Natalie was kind enough to help me get things all sorted out! Thank you so much for your help 😊
