I just recently rented a unit from Public Storage here in Topeka, Kansas. I had it for a couple of weeks and then decided I needed a bigger unit. Everything from selecting one online, and making my payment, and talking to staff has been excellent. Connie is a real asset to Public Storage and she’s been great to deal with. In the future, if I ever need a storage facility, I’m gonna be trying Public Storage first. Thank you Connie for all your help, and being great to visit with.

VERY difficult to actually speak to a human being here. The PS website shuffles you around like the proverbial pea under the shell. After 15 minutes of trying, I finally spoke to “Yesenia”, providing multiple proofs that I am the husband of my wife that opened our DUAL RENTED space on 8th St in Topeka, KS….rented unit number, phone numbers, wife’s full name, Both her AND MY credit card numbers on our SHARED acct. ‘Yesenia’ responded quite rudely to me that she would only speak to my wife (who was at work), then HUNG UP ON ME. The only thing I was trying to find out was if the storage lock I have, after emptying our unit, belongs to them or us. THAT’S IT!!! Oh…and that tiny unit is HALF the size of another storage spot we rent from a different company, but PS was charging us the same amount for the tiny space we WERE renting from them….that is before they recently jacked UP our rate by an additional $65! Charged us more for a space with massive holes in the drywall that they SAID would be fixed, but never were in over 6 months (they actually got worse from what we could see). When I emptied our unit last week, I left them the massive new rat turds, spider webs, and Brown Recluse spiders because NONE of those were there when we started renting their rather expensive storage. Needless to say, our business will NOT be back, and I encourage all reading this to likewise avoid them….unless you are looking for poorly-kept rental space and being dealt with rudely when they deign to deal with you at all. 😡

Connie is absolutely wonderful!! She always helps us in any way possible and I have never had a problem! Highly recommend and make sure to see Miss Connie, she will take great care of you!!
