I decided to not utilize Storage Sense facility as I did not want to risk any loss of my personal property. I assessed unit-713 and noticed water marks in the ceiling area. I reassessed the unit further in/outside and noticed potential unwanted water damages to my belongings.

I have been renting my storage unit here since around March 2024. I started out paying $63 dollars a month for my unit. Over the course of my rental, the price went from $63 to what is now $143! I know there was a change of ownership within the time period that I rented but to more than double the price on a unit is absolutely absurd. However, I have had no issues with the facility, gate it always working, always clean, staff is friendly, everything is great besides the fact that the rent has more than doubled. So unfortunately I am no longer a customer and will be moving my business elsewhere. Again, overall a great facility but the pricing increase has been ridiculous.

What I saw and what I heard about that day, I think you were very helpful from what I've done for me and my brother. It's gonna just keep up the good work that y'all do and stuff specific future is notwhole.

I’m not happy. Since Storage Sense took over, my rent has gone from $60 a month to $80 and now it’s going up to $124. This seems excessive.
