Tami was extremely instrumental in customer service and provided personal care in the process of finding the right storage size and ensured the unit was clean and ice was removed so we wouldn't slip and fall. Made me feel like family and had the personality I ever seen. She went above and beyond to help me during a horrible situation and made me feel at ease just being in her presence. She is a valuable employee of this business and absolute asset.

Tami has been great to work with and went above and beyond to help us out when management was changing hands. She is always available to answer questions or take care of things quickly when needed. Last time we were there we noticed an AC unit that was leaking near our units and she took care of it right away. It's nice to know the facility is being well maintained!

It is a very nice facility easy access. The storage units are great and it’s in a safe location. They’ve got it guarded and the staff member TAMIE was my service person and helped walk me through it all and showed me the units that I was needing and was very, very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable! I’d go back to her and Smart Cube anytime it’s very clean and very well thought out and has everything you need! So please go check them out and ask for Tami
