A friend had a unit in Louisville (not owned by this company) that was a dump, and it was more expensive than this place!

Great place to rent short-term or long-term. Fairly decent prices. We didn't have any leaks or any kind of damage to our belongings. They also give you a 5-day window before they give you a late fee. Staff is always been kind and friendly.
