When this facility was owned by Rocketman, it was absolutely phenomenal. The property was clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I never had a single issue. Unfortunately, ever since People's Choice Storage took over, it’s been nothing but downhill. The garage doors have been broken for months on end—one left wide open and the other poorly covered with a flimsy piece of plastic sheeting. So much for paying for a "secure, indoor unit." Did they offer any kind of discount for this lack of security? No, of course not. In fact, my rent has only gone up. Management is rude and unprofessional. I’ve tried emailing the corporate email and calling their corporate number multiple times, and they never bother to respond. The facility is not nearly as clean or well-kept as it used to be under Rocketman. On top of that, management tapes unprofessional paper signs on nearly every door and surface, making the place look absolutely terrible. And let’s talk about the reviews below me. All these 5-star reviews specifically calling out Keisha as a "great manager"? They have to be paid for—there’s no way these are genuine reviews. My experience with management has been consistently awful, and the glowing praise is completely out of touch with reality. This is not the quality of service I signed up for, and I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a storage unit.

We’ve had a storage unit here since they originally opened as Rocket Storage. The customer service has always been top tier. Keesha is always there to greet you with a smile and goes above and beyond for the tenants. Highly recommend!

Peoples Choice Storage 2901 Interior way Lagrange Ky 40031 is a nice Storage Facility its Clean and convenient to the Area. Very modern, has an elevator for second floor storage units Nathan is the new site manager and committed to making the Business even better!

First time renting a storage unit and I am more than pleased! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the building is very well maintained. The units are clean and spacious as well as easy to move items in and out. I feel comfortable leaving my items at Rocket Storage - especially with the security of the building and climate control. They definitely make moving easier.
