This review is a little late, but must be done. In August my son was moving back into UK and we had stored his things at storage sense Ruccio. I was moving him in without my husband so was already stressed. I got to the storage and had the wrong pin to get in. I go into the office and explain my husband must have given me the wrong pin. The two ladies were so helpful and kind. Turns out he gave me the wrong storage number too! 😂 Well I show ID and get the right storage locker and pin to use the elevator. Perfect. Not too bad. My son, his friend and I get to said locker and there is a key lock on it. Hmmm… so I call my husband and ask where the key might be. Yep. All the way back in Delaware! So while the kids think it’s hilarious, I’m now super stressed. I go back downstairs to the office. Again, these two ladies were so wonderful, even made me laugh. We worked it out, my husband had to send over some documents and for a nominal fee we were able to get the locker opened. It took about 20 minutes for him to get the documents emailed and while I waited in the office these two AMAZING employees had me laughing and they made what was turning into a disastrous morning, actually enjoyable. I also have to say I’ve never ever seen a storage facility as spotless and clean as this one. We will be using them until graduation. Thank you so much!!! Here’s a video of what is now a great funny memory and story we have shared at many family events…. Because of course it was all my husband fault. 😂😂😂

Both Stephanie and Shannon were great! Easy, quick, prompt & professional service. Was in my new unit in no time. Explained the rules and regulations extreamly well. Very nice, super clean and very modern storage facility. Would highly recommend. Thanks girls over at storage sense!

I’ve had a unit here for years. It’s very clean and well kept. Communication is fantastic. I’ve never had any issues or felt my things were not safe. I recently was able to downsize and the process took a total of 3 minutes. I highly recommend.

The location is convenient and the staff is nice and helpful. I thought I had reserved a decent sized space but found out I needed more while moving my items into my unit. The staff made it super easy to book another unit right then as well as went over all the options available for my needs. The space is clean and secure. I am happy to use this location again for all my storing needs. Thanks Storage Sense team for making my storing process easy

I love this storage place! The manager Shannon Worley is so understanding and explains everything so you will not be left in the dark! I have no bad things to say about this wonderful place of business. Give the manager all the raises because I know running a storage facility is hard but she got this handled!
