Would give 0 stars if possible. In May of 2025, Initially rented a unit, never moved into it, cancelled the same day as move in. Now its February of 2026, just got a collection notice of $ 52.31 being due for one day of rental and administration fees. On site manager says they cannot do anything. Total BS. Bad business practices. UPDATE: the business reached out to me regarding this review. I responded back to them. The first thing they wanted to do was to put me in contact with the local location. I explained to them that I had already been there and that the local operator said there was nothing he could do. They then said they would have someone from the corporate level contact me later that day or no later than the next day. 2 weeks later, NO ONE has attempted to contact me. Although this company had all of my contact information, they never once contacted me about owing anything to them. Instead, 9 months later, they send the bill to a collection company. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES, the lack of the aforementioned follow up confirms this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
