I have had dealings with Pearl and she is an amazing customer service representative. She strives to get you the best deals. Which is important when you need long term storage. I have had to switch to a bigger unit from a smaller one and that experience was easy as well. This is definitely one of the nicer, cleaner and more helpful storage units in Bullitt county and surrounding areas.

We couldn't have selected a better company or location to fit our storage needs. Pearle has always been extra helpful anytime we've had a question. She is on top of managing the property even through the snow storms we had, she made sure the property was plowed for access.

Honest&Integrity

I'm absolutely loving it! Gloria did a an excellent job getting me set up. I love that they work with my hrs since I work crazy ones, the property stays clean and I feel safe while I'm there! What better place to take care of my business since I do Storage Wars, lol. The only problem that I forsee is that Extra Space is known for just jackin up the rent by a considerable amount just out of the X̌5blue, so we'll see. Other than that concern, it's GREAT!

Easiest transaction I’ve ever done. Paid online and was placing my things in storage within a few hours with no issue. Decided I wanted a bigger unit and was able to call and pay the difference they very next day. The woman on the phone was kind and super helpful. The facility is clean and looks brand new.
