5 stars PLUS! I highly recommend this storage company. They are friendly and gracious. Early on I was late with a payment because I was expecting a notification. They were kind enough to waive the late fee. Right now, I am in a time crunch to vacate the storage unit. They allow a 2 day grace period before charging for the month. If I have need for storage again in the future, I will definitely use them again.
